Starting June 22nd, Glorious Chain Cafe Shinsaibashi, a chain of cafes run by Diesel, will be serving up luxurious parfaits made with original soft serve ice cream, perfect for this summer.

The generous serving of soft serve ice cream is called "Cream Cheese Soft Serve." It's an original flavor created specifically for this menu, and is based on the sauce used in Glorious Chain Cafe's popular "Cream Cheese Pancakes." These parfaits, made with generous amounts of Hokkaido cream cheese for a rich flavor, are available in three varieties: lemon, pudding à la mode, and matcha.
The Cream Cheese Soft Parfait Lemon is packed with refreshing flavor, and the honey lemon, lemon sauce, and lemon mint jelly are all homemade, making it a special treat.
The Cream Cheese Soft Parfait Pudding à la mode is a nostalgic pudding à la mode reimagined in the style of a Glorious chain cafe. Using seasonal fruit, you can enjoy a variety of flavors, including the sweet and tart flavors of fresh fruit and the jiggly texture of the pudding.
The Cream Cheese Soft Parfait combines Japanese ingredients such as red beans and shiratama with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and mascarpone cream. The Matcha parfait combines the gently sweet cream, jelly, chocolate, and the slightly bitter taste of matcha, creating a balanced blend of sweet and bitter.
