Yohji Yamamoto and adidas have released two sneakers, the YY TAKUSAN LOW WO and the YY TAKUSAN HIGH WO, which are collaborative designs.

The "YY TAKUSAN LOW WO" (¥39,000) features a combination upper design made from neoprene and soft cowhide. The fish-fin-like fin-shaped parts that protrude from the upper and heel outsole are hand-stitched, expressing a fusion of high-tech and craft elements. Yohji Yamamoto's signature logo is embroidered on the tongue, and "YOHJI YAMAMOTO" is embossed on the side of the sole.
The "YY TAKUSAN HIGH WO" (45,000 yen) features Yohji Yamamoto's signature logo embroidered on the side, and a back zipper for easy on and off, combining design and functionality.
Both models are available in sizes from 23 to 29 cm. They are on sale at Yohji Yamamoto stores nationwide.
