adidas Originals will release the new DEERUPT silhouette, showcasing a new level of structural beauty, worldwide on March 22nd.


The DEERUPT (¥13,000) is a new shoe that reinterprets adidas heritage in a modern way, reimagining it with a completely new look. Drawing inspiration from adidas archives for its grid design, the shoe is bold and simple, while retaining the adidas aesthetic. This completely new style is a testament to the brand's commitment to quality. The net and knit upper that covers the entire shoe not only has a bold and cutting-edge design, but also, when combined with the newly developed insole with a foam pocket, achieves unprecedented lightness and comfort. A new dimension in structural beauty delivers maximum impact with simple authenticity, creating a shoe designed with a unique identity. Seven models in total are available, including hero colors such as Bluebird and Solar Red, which are symbolic of Adidas, as well as white and black.


The design concept of this model is the "grid," which draws inspiration from all things, including urban planning, architecture, and natural phenomena. It draws on running silhouettes popular in the 1980s, such as the "New York" and "Marathon Trainer."

The model's signature grid design has been expanded beyond the sole to the entire shoe. By adding impactful colors for bolder promotions, it has been transformed into a modern and bold visual motif. This foldable silhouette, created by carefully rethinking the grid through texture, layering, and more, features a knit upper covered in stretchy netting for unprecedented lightness.
