Ichibanboshi Village, a limited-time auto campground utilizing the vast pastures of Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture, will open on April 21st.


About a 70-minute drive from Tokyo, this vast pasture, surrounded by pleasant breezes and lush forests, will once again be transformed into a campground this year. Located on the outskirts of Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture, Ichibanboshi Village is a natural space surrounded by lush forests and boasts an area roughly the size of 13 Tokyo Domes.

Choose from three plans: "auto camping," where you can pitch a tent next to your car; "day camping," where you can enjoy a day trip with a BBQ and other activities; or "long-stay camping," which allows you to camp until 6:00 PM on the day of check-out. With facilities such as "open fires allowed" and "free sites," this campsite offers a high degree of freedom, allowing you to enjoy it however you like.

There are also plenty of areas that both adults and children can enjoy, such as an area where you can interact with animals like ponies and cows, a tree house, and a rhinoceros beetle zone. What's more, you can rent everything from BBQ sets to camping equipment, so you can enjoy camping empty-handed.
