Snow Peak Ochi Niyodogawa Campfield, the fifth Snow Peak campsite, and the adjacent directly managed store, Snow Peak Ochi Niyodogawa, are scheduled to open in Ochi Town, Kochi Prefecture on April 22nd.



The facility, where you can enjoy the nature of the Niyodo River, famous as "Japan's cleanest river," is the first campsite and directly managed store in Shikoku, and the first store with full-time staff in Kochi Prefecture. The facility will feature 30 beautiful grassy auto camping sites, where trees associated with Ochi Town create a perfect amount of sunlight filtering through the trees, as well as an accommodation building with 10 "Jubako" mobile homes designed by Kengo Kuma.The facility will also feature an attached direct-operated store with a distinctive glass-walled boathouse, stocking Snow Peak outdoor gear and apparel.



In addition, this fall, Snow Peak Kawano Eki Ochi is scheduled to open in Miyanomae Park, a popular venue for events such as the Cosmos Festival in the town. The facility will primarily sell local products and serve as a base for lodging for business, tourism, and other visitors to the town. It will also offer "Jubako" mobile homes, promoting the charms of Ochi Town's nature and outdoor activities through both the facility and the Snow Peak Ochi Niyodogawa Campfield.
