MoMA Design Store, the museum shop of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, will be holding a pop-up event featuring BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE's "KURO" series at its Omotesando store from September 9th to 30th, 2022. The event will feature a variety of genderless items, including backpacks, shoulder bags, and simple wallets that combine functionality and design, centered around the MATTE BLACK series.
＜KURO SERIES＞
The "KURO" series takes its name from two concepts: "black" as a color that expresses strength, and "Gen" as in "professional." BAO BAO ISSEY MIYAKE, which continues to create products without compromise, offers this special series to discerning professionals in a variety of fields.
