To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Berlin-based record label Perlon Records, MYKITA and Perlon have collaborated to release "PERL115" sunglasses (73,500 yen), which express the two sensibilities shared by both labels: minimalism and experimentation.
Designed in collaboration with Chris Rehberger, founder and graphic designer of the graphic design agency Double Standards, "PERL115" comes in three limited edition colors: Silver/Black, Shiny Copper/Black, and Shiny Graphite/Orange, with only 50 of each color available.
The uniquely shaped lenses feature an outline created by rotating, overlapping, and blending the letters "Perlon" from the Perlon logo. The pattern on the two-tone frame is derived from the Perlon logo and is inspired by the label's iconic record jacket designs.

The "PERL115" will be available from December 11th at Mykita shops, Mykita retailers, and DoubleStandards.net worldwide.
