Two indigo-dyed footwear designs, a collaboration between NIKELAB and Japanese brand LOOPWHEELER, will be released on September 1st.
Following the "NIKELAB x LOOPWHEELER Air Force 1 Ultraforce" and "NIKELAB x LOOPWHEELER Sock Dart" released in July, these new models were inspired by indigo dyeing, a method deeply rooted in Japanese culture.
The models are the "NIKELAB x LOOPWHEELER Roshe II" (15,000 yen) and the "NIKELAB x LOOPWHEELER Aptea" (13,000 yen). The material used is "hanging loop fleece," produced on a loop loop knitting machine that is unique to Japan and has been used by LOOPWHEELER since 1960. Both shoes are dyed in a deep Sulphur Indigo, feature a debossed Loopwheeler logo on the heel loop, and come in a set with a bag printed with the logos of both brands.
Available at Nike SNKRS, Nike Harajuku, NIKELAB MA5, select NIKELAB retailers, and Loopwheeler retailers in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka.
