Armani Junior collaborates with picture book authors to release first animal stories

Dec 8, 2014

Armani Junior has announced a new series, "ARMANIMALS," in collaboration with the world of picture books. It will be available from mid-December.

The collaboration partner is Emiliano Ponzi, an Italian picture book author who has provided illustrations for publications such as The New York Times and Le Monde.

The cotton T-shirts feature five different animals, including giraffes, crocodiles, and leopards, designed by Ponzi for boys and girls. Prices are 15,000 yen for babies (12 to 24 months) and 16,000 yen for juniors (2 to 8 years). Rompers (14,000 yen) for newborns (6 to 12 months) are also available. All items are available in four colors. The gift will also be presented in a gift box made from materials certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and will include a picture book based on the animal print. This book was produced in collaboration with Italian publisher Coraini Publishing.
