Givenchy's 15SS cosmetics bring back the playful spirit of girls' generation

Jan 5, 2015

PERFUMS GIVENCHY will release its Givenchy Spring/Summer Collection 2015 on January 9th. This year's SS collection features a diverse lineup of new and limited edition colors of the brand's must-have makeup items. Based on the theme of "color recreation," it is a colorful and playful collection that will evoke memories of your innocent childhood. A limited edition model, Color Confetti (7,200 yen), will be released from the brand's long-selling Le Prisme. This playful face powder features textures of purple, gold, orange-beige, and more, blending together like fluttering confetti. The packaging is also colorful and playful, evoking the look of a Givenchy couture dress. Other limited-edition colors include the nail polish "Verny Givenchy" (3,000 yen) in matte yellow and matte rose, and the lip gloss "Jelly Interdit" (3,500 yen) in a fresh pop orange. The eyeliner pencil "Color Kajal" (3,200 yen) is a limited edition model from the collection, available in three color variations: Invention Green, Imagination Blue, and Creation Purple. The vibrant colors enhance the eyes and can also be blended to create eyeshadow.

In addition, the previously limited edition Rose Illusion has been revived for the Ombre Couture eyeshadow (3,200 yen). Along with Nude Satin, it will be added to the lineup as a new color variation. The new Blue Taffeta color for the Noir Couture Volume mascara (4,700 yen) features a gorgeous blue, perfect for creating a striking eye look.

The collection will be available for pre-sale at Isetan Shinjuku Main Store and Hankyu Umeda Main Store on the 7th. It will then be available in limited quantities at Givenchy counters from the 9th.
