Nipponista is opening a pop-up shop in New York to promote the good things and people of Japan. Eight women from Isetan Mitsukoshi are also in town.
At the party held on the evening of the 5th, the eve of the opening, catering food from "maisonO," which offers a stylish new interpretation of Japanese cuisine, was served.
We also introduced Japanese flavors such as Nagai Sake Brewery's sake and Shinso's dashi.
Sake is of great interest in New York, with many people describing it as "smooth." It seems this was an opportunity for people to experience the flavors born from Japanese water, rice, and techniques, such as its easy-to-drink, soft texture!
