Givenchy's latest footwear icon, the GIV1, continues its groundbreaking evolution with the Pre-Spring 2022 collection, debuting the highly functional, unisex GIV1 TR, a fresh blend of distinctive visuals and new style.

First unveiled by Creative Director Matthew M. Williams in the Spring/Summer 2021 collection, the GIV1 combines the characteristics of a high-tech sneaker with Givenchy's signature refined elegance.

New to this pre-collection collection, the GIV1 TR is an all-new mesh and leather sneaker design. Available in high-top and low-top versions, it amplifies the technical aspects of the original GIV1 sneaker. The iconic sole remains the same, but the colors available are cloud gray, graphite, steel blue and black, as well as light gray with some fluorescent yellow.

The original GIV1 will also be re-released in limited styles, including a collaboration with artist Tito. The white, all-leather GIV1 features a vibrant 4G motif painted in spray paint. Tito's signature airbrush art can also be seen in the white contouring on the black leather sneakers. Additionally, half-painted black sneakers will be available exclusively through e-commerce.

Some of the GIV1 sneakers from Givenchy's Pre-Spring 2022 collection are now available in Givenchy stores and on the official online store, givenchy.com. The GIV1 TR will be available from January 20, 2022.

Price: GIV1 Light Sneakers from ¥121,000, GIV1 Chito Collaboration Sneakers from ¥132,000
