Experience the new concierge service offered by Conrad Hotels, "Conrad 1/3/5," and discover new discoveries. Spend the day in the hot Meatpacking District, then head to Ginny's Supper Club in Harlem at night.

Speaking of Harlem, it seems like about 10 years ago it was too dope to approach. But now it's transformed into a stylish neighborhood, and rents are much higher. Ginny's Supper Club is located in the basement, but the Red Rooster Harlem on the first floor is also very popular and owned by the same chef. It was once ranked in the New York Times' Top 10 New Restaurants to Watch. The chef is Marcus Samuelsson, formerly of Aquavit, a famous Scandinavian restaurant in New York. He's a star chef who also appears on cooking shows. Born in Ethiopia and raised in Sweden, her exotic background is reminiscent of New York. Ginny's Supper Club hosts live performances on weekends. They also strive to preserve traditional Harlem culture by serving American soul food like crispy, large hot wings and steaks.
For breakfast on the second day, head to the perfect spot to experience immigrant culture. Russ & Daughter's Cafe on the Lower East Side is a branch of Russ & Daughter's, a long-established, traditional Jewish deli that represents New York. Their bagels and smoked salmon are popular. Russ & Daughter's founder, Joel Russ, was a Jewish immigrant who came to Manhattan around 1900. His descendants continue to run the cafe, and family photos hang from the walls of the white diner-style interior. There's also a deli two blocks east, so you can pick up souvenirs there. If you haven't been to the Metropolitan Museum yet, we recommend experiencing the latest guide style with Hack The Met. Even if you've been tempted to skip the classic exhibits because you thought they'd be boring, Hack The Met is guaranteed to be a delight. They'll guide you through the highlights of the vast museum, weaving in trivia, fun facts, and entertainment you won't find in textbooks. As the name "Hack" suggests, the guide's style is quite unconventional, and I'm not sure if I should really write about it, so I won't go into detail here. Apparently, Hack The Met also operates in European art museums. After lunch at the trendy macrobiotic restaurant THE EAST POLE, we left the Upper East Side and headed out of Manhattan and into Brooklyn. BQE TOURS, a Brooklyn expert, has strong personal connections with local artists and creators, and depending on the itinerary, they'll even take you to their studios. Enough with the usual tourist spots and shopping. We recommend "Conrad 1/3/5" to those who want to explore the area's attractions more efficiently. "Conrad 1/3/5" not only offers special concierge services for guests, but also a free app of the same name, making it an open service that anyone can use. It offers one-hour, three-hour, or five-hour experiences in each city with a Conrad hotel, so why not check it out before your trip? (135.stayinspired.jp/)

We also feature an interview with Nilou Motamed, a key figure in the development of this service.
