
ONE MILE MARCHE BY URBAN RESEARCH +kurukku, produced by URBAN RESEARCH, will be open from the 22nd to the 2nd of next month at The Main Square on the first floor of Takashimaya Shinjuku.
The project is a collaboration between One Mile Wear by URBAN RESEARCH, a shop selling townwear in Yoyogi Village, and kurukku, which operates restaurants and other businesses. Based on the theme of "clothing, food, and shelter," the market will offer a wide selection of safe and stylish everyday items, including clothing from URBAN RESEARCH's Kagure brand and URBAN RESEARCH DOORS, cosmetics from New York, organic vegetables and homemade yeast bread from pour-kur by Kurukku, and home use items and household goods from One Mile Wear.
Krukku, which means "cucumber" in Finnish, operates six restaurants in the Jingumae, Omotesando, and Skytree areas. Based on the concept of "delicious, comfortable, and environmentally friendly," the restaurant is committed to using ingredients from producers it knows personally and promotes an organic lifestyle. Led by producer Takeshi Kobayashi, it is also in charge of the concept production of Yoyogi Village.
