adidas StellaSport has released "Life of Cheer," a short film shot by photographer and filmmaker Luke Gilford for its Fall/Winter 2016 campaign. The film follows members of the University of Rhode Island's women's cheerleading squad as they train, performing kicks and flip spirals. It highlights the unbreakable bonds the members forge through their training. In the film, the cheerleaders showcase the adidas StellaSport Fall/Winter 2016 collection, featuring mixed prints, playful layers, and bold graphics. Luke Gilford said of the film, "I was inspired by these girls, who completely defy typical cheerleading stereotypes. They fail, fall, get up, never give up, and keep practicing. They also know how to have fun, whether it's listening to music or incorporating their passion for the sport into their own unique style and aesthetic."
