KLOKA, a creative studio known for its window displays and giant diorama installations, will open a chocolate mine-themed chocolate shop, "Mt. Isetan Chocolaterie by KLOKA," in the Isetan Shinjuku store's 6th floor event hall from February 3rd to 15th.
KLOKA has been livening up Valentine's Day with outside-the-box ideas like "hot chocolate from the tap" and a "secret cupcake factory." This time, they've created a chocolate mountain diorama, "Mt. Isetan Chocolate," inside the store. Customers can choose their favorite location from the diorama, such as a mountain, swamp, or geological layer, and "mine chocolate." The chocolate they unearth can then be bottled and taken home as a "Mineral Chocolate" (60g, 1,500 yen). The mine will also feature Kroka's signature "Chocolat Chaud Pump," a hot chocolate dispenser. The pump dispenses chocolate, allowing you to enjoy mixing it with two flavors: milk or bitter. There will also be a six-topping machine that automatically dispenses toppings with the wave of your hand, allowing you to create your own original hot chocolate. The store will also be selling "Gem Chocolat," bonbons made from chocolate extracted from the mine, carefully polished by artisans and refined using a special method. A special package (5 pieces for 2,593 yen) will also be available, presented in a crystal box shaped like a mineral, making it the perfect Valentine's Day gift.
