Synopsis

In the 1890s, two lighthouse keepers arrive on a remote New England island. They are tasked with managing the lighthouse and the island for the next four weeks. However, the veteran Thomas Wake (Willem Dafoe) and the inexperienced young Ephraim Winslow (Robert Pattinson) do not get along well and clash repeatedly from the very first day.
