Shiori Takei, a model known for her radiant charm, is active in the industry. The secret to her natural beauty is surprisingly, food. A skilled cook and a foodie, Takei guided us to some truly hidden gems in Ginza, as well as the Ginza Mitsukoshi cosmetics floor, where you'll find a selection of cosmetics to lift your spirits at work and at home.
SPOT 1. Ginza Sato
Located in the Ginza 1-Chome area, Ginza Sato is a renowned menchi-katsu (minced meat cutlet) restaurant known only to those in the know. Kichijoji Sato, famous for its minced meat cutlets that draw long lines in Kichijoji, has now opened a branch in Ginza. Its lineup, made with carefully selected domestically raised Japanese Black beef, is a hidden gem beloved by nearby office workers and residents. With a wide variety of dishes, including the "Original Round Menchi-katsu," as well as menchi-katsu burgers, croquettes, beef curry, and bento boxes, the restaurant never tires of its customers, resulting in a high rate of repeat customers. Takei immediately orders his favorite minced meat cutlet and minced meat cutlet burger. He breaks open the crispy batter and is greeted by the delicious aroma of meat juice oozing out from inside.

A hearty, rich flavor that will warm you up even in the cold.

A simple yet classic minced meat and onion cutlet.
Comment: We recommend the simple minced meat cutlet and the spicy horseradish hamburger!

SPOT 2. Ginza Kazuya
"Ginza Kazuya," tucked away in a corner of a multi-tenant building in the Hibiya area, sells Japanese sweets such as nerigashi and warabi. It's a popular shop that sells out all the time, so it's recommended to make a reservation in advance to pick up your order. It took more than two years to develop their nerigashi, a masterpiece that has been made with love and soul. Despite its inconspicuous location, the shop is constantly filled with customers. Takei is one of those fans. I went through the noren curtain, checked the menu, and placed my order. I then received my order from the owner, Mr. Furuseki. This time, I chose yuzu warabi sticks that I could eat on the spot, and a box of neri sweets as a souvenir.

A lineup of treats perfect for yourself or as gifts that are sure to please.

The aroma of yuzu fills the air the moment you open the bag of "Tokyo Tama Yuzu Warabi."
Comment: Despite being a small shop of just 1 tsubo (3.3 m2), it has an outstanding presence!
It is a shop where you can treat yourself and your loved ones to heartfelt products.
