This year marks the 125th anniversary of the brand's founding. To celebrate, the anniversary exhibition "SEIT 1898" will be held, starting in Japan. "SEIT 1898" will trace RIMOWA's 125-year history while looking ahead to future journeys.

Since its founding in 1898, RIMOWA has been a pioneer of travel, creating special items for travelers. The anniversary exhibition "SEIT 1898," held to commemorate the brand's 125th anniversary, looks back on the brand's cultural and technological development through a number of precious items.

Over the past 125 years, mobility and transportation methods have undergone constant change, and RIMOWA has evolved along with these changes. Craftsmanship that has evolved with the times, such as the adoption of innovative new materials like aluminum and polycarbonate, and groove designs inspired by old airplanes, is a symbol of RIMOWA today. This anniversary exhibition will showcase this evolution through RIMOWA's cherished archives.

Artistic collaborations with numerous world-renowned brands, rarely seen cases owned by celebrities around the world, and innovative pieces that mark the brand's milestones. All of these items are displayed in unique dioramas designed exclusively for this anniversary exhibition, allowing visitors to trace the brand's evolution over three centuries: the 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries.
