ZUCCa will be holding a special exhibition by illustrator Noritake, "Lying Down," simultaneously at the Aoyama and Daikanyama stores of CABANE de ZUCCa from June 4th to 25th. The theme of ZUCCa's 2015-16 Autumn/Winter collection is "Between the Real and Surrealism." This exhibition, held in preparation for the collection, will feature drawings and silkscreen prints by illustrator Noritake, based on the theme of "lying down." Noritake is an illustrator who works in a variety of fields, including advertising, fashion, books, and product design, focusing on simple monochrome drawings. He has previously held a solo exhibition, "PAN," and has been involved in the production of a segment for the TV program "Design Ah!" He has also illustrated books such as "The Source of English" and "How to Build a Secret Base."
This special exhibition will allow visitors to experience a surreal atmosphere ahead of the collection titled "Between Real and Surreal," and various collaboration goods including shirts and bags will also be available during the period.
