Hiro Sugiyama's solo exhibition "ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHT" will be held at A/D GALLERY in Roppongi, Tokyo from April 13th to May 6th.
This exhibition, his first at A/D GALLERY in two years, will feature his watercolor series "ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHT," painted between 2017 and 2018 in pursuit of the sincerity of free inquiry. Watercolors have an uncontrollable appeal, and as a medium with an abstract dimension, the artist has been focusing more inward than usual on the 108 works in total, with approximately 30 pieces on display.
